रोज सुबह स्नान करने के बाद 108 बार शनि और राहु के बीज मंत्रों का जाप करें:-
शनि का बीज मंत्र - ओम प्रांग प्रेंग प्रंग सह शनीशचार नमः।
राहु का बीज मंत्र है - ओम भरांग भरेन्ग भराव सह राहवे नमः।
हर सोमवार को शिवलिंग पर पानी और काले दाल के साथ कच्चे दूध को मिलाकर अर्पित करने से इस दोष से छूटकारा मिल सकता है।
हर शनिवार को पके हुए चावल और घी से बने चावल की गेंदों को मछली और गायों को खिलाएं।

शापित दोष शांति विधान कैसे हो..? ऐसा सवाल हर एक का होता है.. क्योंकि विधि विधान करना मेरा काम है और मैं हर धार्मिक विधान करता हु.. ओर एक बात हर किसीका काम का तंरिक अलग अलग होता है.. तो आज मैं अपने गुरुदेव का बताया तंरिका आपके सामने रखता हूं..
- पहेले तो ये जान ले शापित दोष किस ग्रहो की युति से होता है और ये क्यों आती है.. शापित दोष जब कुंडली मे शनि राहु या केतु से युति प्रतियुति करता है तब होती है.. मान्यता के अनुसार ये परिवार में कोई पुराना अप-मृत्यु बताती है.. मतलब एक प्रकार का पितृदोष है.. पर इसका शांति कुछ इस प्रकार से होता है...
- सब से पहले इसमे नवग्रहों के जाप होता है.. ये जाप भी चारगुना करने का विधान है.. कुछ परिस्थिति में एक गुना भी होता है.. सब ग्रहो के जाप के बाद उसका दशांश होम होता है.. फिर तर्पन मार्जन आदि के बाद पूर्णाहुति के साथ ये कार्य सम्पन होता है.. अब इसके पूरे होते ही जो जातक है उसे श्राप से मुक्ति मिली तो उसे पितृ कार्य करने का अधिकार मिला.. दूसरे दिन पितृ कार्य करके पितृ की शांति के लिए श्राद्ध होता है.. जिसका नाम है "नारायणबलि श्राद्ध".. इस श्राद्ध से समस्त पितृ की शांति की जाती है.. ओर उसका आर्शीवाद प्राप्त किया जाता है.. अब दो अपसव्य कार्य के बाद १०वे दिन भगवान महारुद्र की पूजा षोडषोपचार या त्रिशोपचार.. अलग अलग काम्य पदार्थो से अभिषेक करके की जाती है.. ओर उसके बाद ब्रह्मभोजन दान आदि आदि से इसकी समाप्ति होती है....
- अब कुछ विस्तार से जाने तो ये विधान १० दिन का होता है.. इसकी सुरुआत मंगल या शनि से करना चाहिए.. जैसे मैं मंगल से काम की सुरुआत करता हु.. मंगलवार को प्रातः में सब से पहले स्थापन किया जाता है.. स्थापन में पंचदेव के पाँच.. प्रधान राहु केतु शनि के तीन.. सर्वतोभद्र ओर पितृ का स्थापन ऐसे १० स्थापन होते है.. उसके बाद पंचांग कार्य से नाम गोत्र के साथ पूजा के बाद मंगल के जाप किये जाते है.. अब आगे पोस्ट में बताया है वैसे हर एक ग्रह के जाप की संख्या अलग अलग बताई गई है.. वैसे मंगल का ४गुना के हिसाब से ४०००० जाप होते है ५ ब्राह्मणों के साथ.. जाप सॅमको खत्म होने के बाद उत्तर पूजन होता है और मंगल का काम मंगलवार शाम को खत्म होता है.. इस तरह दूसरे दिन राहु केतु ओर बुध का जाप.. जैसे मंगल का किया उसी पध्धति से.. गुरुवार को गुरु का.. शुक्रवार शुक्र का.. शनिवार शनि का.. रविवार सूर्य का.. ओर सोमवार चंद्र का जाप किये जाते है.. अब सब जाप कर्म खत्म होने के बाद जाप की शुद्धि के लिए दशांश होम तर्पन मार्जन पूर्णाहुतु के साथ ८ दिन का काम पूरा होता है.. फिर ९वे दिन पितृ श्राद्ध.. ओर १० वे दिन महादेव की पूजा के साथ १० दिन का श्रापित दोष विधान सम्पन्न होता है.. इस विधान का बहोत बड़ा फल मिलते मैन देखा है.. पर इस विधान को सात्विक भाव से करना चहोये.. ज्यादा विस्तार से समजना मुश्किल है.. आशा करता हु ये माहिती आपके लिए उपयोगी सिद्ध होगी ।

Do daily worship of maha-mritunjai mantra (shrapit dosha mantra) is one of the best shrapit yog ke upay or shrapit dosha remedy:
ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिंम् पुष्टिवर्धनम् ।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात् ।।
oṁ tryambakaṁ yajāmahe sugandhiṁ puṣṭi-vardhanam ǀ
urvārukam-iva bandhanān mṛtyormukṣīya māmṛtāt ǁ
Shani rahu jaap or rahu shani japa is required.
